Breakfast & Brunch

  • Homemade baked goods created by our in-house baker. Muffins, scones, donuts and specialty loaves are on the menu. Chose from our seasonal selection or create your own idea and we'll work with you!

    Most items are made or can be made gluten-free with the exception of croissants.

  • Brown Bag Breakfast Sandies to distribute or quiches (cups or slices) for the team. Eggs your way!

  • Want to table up a "serve yourself buffet bar"? We can provide disposable chaffing dishes with trays of eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries etc. for easy self-serve.

Lunch & Grazing

  • Boards of all sizes and types. No group is too big or small for a packed-with-snacks board, fully customized for your group.

  • Sandwich platters are party pleasers and the easiest way to get everyone fed! Our sandwich menu consists of fan favorite classics for crowd pleasers. Refer to our full cafe menu or create your own.

  • It is always soup season and a bowl of hearty and tasty nutrition goes a long way. Pair with a bread board (sourced from A&J King artisanal bread) and a cold salad for a complete meal.

Dinner Entrees

  • Enjoy one of our weekly in house prepared meals and want to share with the group? We offer bulk sizing of all of our prepared foods classics.

  • Looking for a Mexican night? Italian? Or backyard BBQ? We can help plan the appropriate menu for your group size.

  • It’s the sides that always get ya, but we've got the ones to perfectly top off every meal. Green salads, chopped veggie or fruit salads, quinoa… the options are endless!

Beverages

  • Coffee or tea for the team? We've got all the necessities to get your meeting energized with freshly brewed coffee from No. 6 Depot of West Stockbridge, MA.

    Brewed hot coffee stored in a thermal foil bag for a box o'joe or iced coffee and cold brew stored in plastic disposable one gallon dispensers.

  • Homemade Googans Lemonade or Ginger Limeade made with real, fresh fruit and stored in plastic one gallon disposable dispensers.

  • Loose leaf organic tea, by Piper & Leaf, brewed in house for absolute freshness. Flavors could include: Black tea or Green tea (caffeinated), or Hibiscus or Mint Tea (non-caffeinated). Stored in plastic disposable one gallon dispensers.

Catering Order Policies & Lead Time

Orders consisting of our readily available cafe menu require at a minimum a 2-day lead time for groups up to 20 people. For groups larger than 20 people, we will need at least 5 days prior to ensure we have time to order and prepare accordingly. Bakery-only orders from our seasonal counter-service offering may require less time if no customization is required.

All catering orders with custom options including hot entrées require at least two weeks lead time or more to arrange for product sourcing and staffing. For very large groups over 60 people, we will accept orders at our discretion based on our capacity and event needs.

We will work with you to accommodate all dietary needs and allergy restrictions. In addition, while we offer various gluten-free products, we are not a gluten-free facility. Please inform us if there is anyone in your party with severe allergies as cross contamination may occur.

Please note, we do not provide on-site service throughout the event or assist in clean up. Our catering options are plated/staged as agreed before pick-up or after delivery, but we do not provide on-site staff at this time!

Pricing

Prices vary according to group size as well as customization needs due to the nature of our fluid inventory, staffing levels and service capacity. Extra charges may apply for paper products, equipment rental, delivery & set-up as agreed upon during the ordering process. Customer-owned serving platters may be provided to us for plating prior to product delivery as long as indicated at the time of your order. They will be processed through our sanitization procedures prior to plating.

All orders are subject to state & local meals tax of 7% (unless a tax-exemption form is provided at the time order) and all orders will have an automatic 18% service gratuity added by default. Please let us know if a different gratuity amount is requested.

Payment

Orders over $1,000 for large groups or ones that include custom items may be subject to an initial non-refundable deposit which will be discussed upon ordering.

For orders over $1,000 we prefer cash or check payment otherwise a 3% credit card processing fee may be added to the final total. All checks should be made payable to Googans Galley and mailed to PO Box 745, Essex, MA 01929 or physically dropped off at our cafe. Please discuss your preferred payment option upon booking.
